General Rental Terms:
1 Fuel Policy: Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as received. Contact Primo support for fuel-inclusive options.
2 Primo Care Service: For any breakdowns, renters must use Primo Care Service. Unauthorized repairs are not allowed.
3 Rental Extensions: Extensions must be arranged with Primo support. Extensions beyond one hour will result in an additional full day’s rental charge.
4 Vehicle Return: Vehicles should be returned at designated Primo locations and signed off by a Primo staff member. Late returns will incur extra charges.
5 Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled rental incur a minimum fee of GHC 100.
Chauffeured Rental Terms:
1 Rental Period: Chauffeured rentals cover 12 hours per day. Drivers complete shifts by 8 PM for rentals starting from noon or earlier.
2 Overtime Fees: Overtime charges apply for rentals beyond 8 PM. A fee equal to half a day’s rate applies from 8 PM to 11 PM, and beyond 11 PM, a full-day extension rate is applied.
3 Driver’s Allowance: Included in the rental fee.
4 Accommodation for Driver: For trips extending beyond a day outside Accra, clients must provide accommodation or cover the cost, added to the quoted rate.
5 Fuel Policy: Fuel is not included in chauffeured rentals. Clients must refill the tank after the trip or pay for fuel used. Fuel-inclusive rentals are available upon request.
